Die Ankündigung von Left 4 Dead 2 dürfte nach Crysis das zweite Highlight des ersten E3-Tages sein.
Valve kündigte während der Microsoft-Pressekonferenz den zweiten Teil des Millionenerfolges an. Auch beim Release-Termin zu Left 4 Dead 2 ist man sich bei Valve bereits sicher: Am 17. November soll der zweite Teil des Horror-Shooters erscheinen. Bildmaterial und Informationen zur Story gab es bislang keine. Lediglich ein kurzer Trailer wurde präsentiert. Left 4 Dead 2 soll wie schon der Vorgänger auf PC und Xbox 360 erscheinen.
